MFS Lightweight Floating Floor – Gymnasiums

The Mason MFS floor system comprises of an extremely low height floor spring isolator. Providing large wire diameter leading to increased stiffness and lateral stability.
Due to the innovative bearing plate installed on top of the spring mount steel support channels are not required to enable support of mass layers above.
We don’t believe the solution is multi-layer rubber products on their own. We also don’t believe in a one size fits all approach as there are many factors which come into effect when engineering a gymnasium floor.

IMF-D Damped Lightweight Floating Floor – Gymnasiums

The Mason IMF-D damped floor system is another option we have engineered to provide for specific applications to isolate structure borne noise from free weight or aerobic exercises.
Used in conjunction with variable mass layers on top of the IMF-D isolator we can tailor the floor’s performance to suit the project consultant’s criteria.

EAFM Lightweight Floating Floor – Gymnasiums & Stages

Mason have been involved with the development of gymnasium floor systems for over 30 years in Australia. In recent times we have seen almost every high rise multi-residential and even some commercial towers install residents gymnasiums within. With the increase in 24-hour gymnasium licenses this has pushed the industry for higher performing systems to deal with impact and shock through the structure.

Mini Super W Rubber Pad Sports Floors

Often designers will require resilience in their sports floors. Commonly referred to a ‘Sprung’ floor. The Mason Mini Super W pads are a low cost solution to provide cushioning under foot. Typically installed under timber battens and/or plywood. Using our Low Dynamic Stiffness Natural Rubber, the Mini Super W pad provides longevity and performance.
